Description

The world's tallest tree species, soaring up to 379 feet in height with a straight, conical trunk reaching over 26 feet in diameter. Found in a narrow coastal fog belt from southern Oregon to Central California, these evergreens are characterized by thick, fibrous, reddish-brown bark, flat needles, and high resistance to fire and insects.
